Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Industrial Depot.
  • The return or refund request must be initiated within 07 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Initiating a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our Customer Support Team at sales@industrialdepot.pk or +92 312 211 8036 to request a Return.

b. Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the reason for the return or refund
  • Photographs (if applicable) showing the condition of the product

c. Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed, and if it meets our eligibility criteria, we will provide you with an Return number and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Returning the Product

Please follow these guidelines when returning a product:

  • Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include the Return number on the return package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement as follows:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 07 business days after the inspection and approval of the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Replacements: If you request a replacement for a defective or damaged product, we will ship the replacement product to you within 07 business days after approval.

5. Exceptions

In the following situations, Industrial Depot reserves the right to deny a return or refund request:

  • Products that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling.
  • Returns initiated after the 07-day window.
  • Customized or made-to-order products unless they are defective or damaged.
